Shipping

The price shown includes delivery within the Republic of Ireland. Please contact me for a personal delivery quotation for all other countries.

I ship all orders from the local Post Office in Co. Clare and will update the order status on this web site on the day your order is sent.

Delivery times within Ireland and the United Kingdom are often 3 or 4 days, but can be 7 days or more at peak times. Unfortunately I have no control over delivery times. I always obtain proof of posting as part of my service to you, and can send your order by registered post (at a small additional cost) if you ask for this. If you have not received your order within 14 days please contact me.

If you require an order very urgently I will obtain an individual quotation for sending it via a courier.

Returns

If there is any problem with your order when it has been delivered, please let me know as soon as possible. I want you to be completely satisfied with your order and will do everything I can to put right any problems as quickly as possible.
