Important Information

All products are made by hand at my workshop in East Clare. I do not buy in or mass-produce anything that I sell. All painting is done by hand; not using transfers. For this reason every item will be slightly different and there may be small variations between multiple items in an order or between the photos on this site and what you receive.

Please note that gift items are made as keepsakes and may contain small and/or sharp parts. If they are to be given to children this should be under adult supervision.

I only carry small stocks of each item so please check with me if you want to order more than 5 of anything and are working to a tight deadline. I will ship your order immediately if everything is in stock and will let you know if I need more than 5 working days to produce any part of your order, at which time you can change or cancel the order, and will receive a full refund (not a credit note.)

Please note that orders will not generally be partially shipped due to additional postage costs.

Some of the raw materials I use (particularly the vintage fabrics) are only available in limited quantities so I cannot guarantee that a particular product will continue to be available for any period of time.

Many of my slate items are available in both natural and manufactured slate. I offer both versions as some customers prefer the very flat surface of the manufactured variant. However, natural slate is harder to work with and more expensive to source so where both variants are offered the natural material is slightly more expensive.

Manufactured slate is made using a number of materials, not just slate. This is the product most commonly used in the housing industry at present due to the increased cost and scarcity of natural slate. Visually it looks very much like “the real thing” other than having completely flat surfaces.

I am able to provide unique personalised wedding invites and gifts. Please contact me to discuss your ideas. I will quote a fixed price and delivery time for these orders.
